The Toughline Platform is a heavy duty and versatile body with a variety of options and accessories to handle a wide range of applications. Available in a variety of lengths and widths with a variety of floor options, the Toughline Platform makes an excellent grain body, stake rack body, contractor body, or just a great heavy duty flatbed.
The understructure includes structural steel longsills and a gusset on every crossmember with an additional 90-degree break for added strength and stability. To save you time and expense, these beds ship painted gloss black and all LED clearance lights and wiring are preinstalled at the factory. Numerous options and modifications are available to customize the platform body for your specific needs.

- 1/8" thick x 6-3/4" tall steel perimeter rails.
- Pressure treated hard southern yellow pine flooring ship lapped joints.
- 4" tall structural steel channel crossmembers on 16" centers.
- Reinforcing gussets between long beams and the crossmembers on every crossmember.
- Internal stake pockets sized to fit 2 x 4 lumber or our stake racks. Sides and rear.
- 6" tall structural channel long beams. 34" outside width.
- L.E.D. clearance lighting with weather resistant electrical harness.
- Platform body painted black.
- Standard duty 42" tall, drop in steel front bulkhead.
- Drops into the front stake pockets.
- Full width mesh window.
- Reinforcement brace bolted to the front of the bulkhead and welded under the body at the front.
- Powder coated black
